Ideal place, fairly clean with courteous and nice staff, especially the receptionist and housekeeper. Employees at the front desk were very unpolite. For almost the same rate I can stay at the Parkhotel, which is much nicer and friendlier.

The hotel offers reasonably large budget rooms with an extra bed. It has a comfortable location, close to Karlsruhe, the center of Pforzheim, and many restaurants such as McDonald's, KFC.

Distance from the town especially when there was a bus strike. Staff did not seem concerned and offered no solution - perhaps giving me a cab number?

Breakfast was good. Nice service at the bar. Free parking nearby. The location of the hotel near the highway is advantageous.

The condition of the room/bathroom no longer meets the latest standards. Partly it looks a bit "worn". and outdated. But clean.

The breakfast had a great selection of food that was decent enough to satisfy everyone. We booked a budget economy double room that was exceptionally nice and had windows with a view directly to the gas station.- The room had a wake-up service available, which was convenient for us.
